We accept returns providing the products are unopened and unused. Goods may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note return postage will not be funded by Zonitise and a 5% restocking charge will be applied. If the products are faulty or were sent in error we will provide you with a postage label to return the item/s back to us.
Zonitise will not accept returns for open or used items, unless the item is faulty.
